Following our review of the lease we will provide draft comments on items we believe should be altered, added or removed from the lease. We will then discuss our draft comments with our client to understand what is important to them and what is not a priority from them. Based on this information we will negotiate revisions to the lease with the landlord or their solicitors on behalf of our clients.
When acting for landlords we will always begin by having a detailed discussion with our clients to understand what their intentions are with the specific lease in questions and what experience they may have leasing out other properties. We will then draft a custom lease agreement to suit the needs of the client and ensure them an appropriate level of protection. We will work with the tenant or the tenant’s solicitors to negotiate any acceptable revisions and make sure that the final lease agreement is something that we are comfortable with our client entering into and leaves our clients in a worry-free situation.
